Muse Developments has submitted plans for a huge scheme to redevelop part of Brixton town centre in south London.

The scheme involves restoring Lambeth town hall (pictured) and consolidating 14 adjacent council buildings down to two to make way for a new civic building, 194 homes, 40% of which will be affordable, and new landscaped public areas.

Muse signed an agreement with Lambeth council in April 2014 to deliver the project.
