Developer the Carlyle Group has obtained planning permission for this development at 107 Cheapside in the City of London. Designed by architect Hurley Robertson, the plan is to add 47,250 m2 of office space on the Russia Row side of the property, to update and improve the existing facade on Cheapside, and to improve 9150 m2 of retail space with larger, deeper units. Carlyle bought the property in 2003, and has been developing plans since then.
