On April 23-28th 2006 Glass Processing Days (GPD) links up with China Glass in Beijing, and on June 15-18th 2007 the 10th GPD Conference takes place in Tampere, Finland.

‘Following feedback from participants we have further increased the number of practical case studies for future shows', says Jorma Vitkala, Chairman of the GPD Organising Committee.

‘After the 2005 Conference over 80% of participants expected that they would contact exhibitors and recommend GPD to their colleagues'

The 9th Conference in 2005 saw some 850 participants and more than 200 lecturers while more than 300 professionals attended 16 different workshops.
