CCTV specialist, Merit Li-Lin, has opened a brand new distribution centre in the heart of Milton Keynes. The £1.5 million design and build project took 30 weeks to complete and benefits from 20,000 sq ft of warehousing providing a potential stock of £7 million.
The building has also been designed to include aspects of Feng Shui to ensure higher levels of staff comfort.

A new demonstration and training room also enables customers to evaluate many of the Li-Lin products and learn installation and operation techniques.

The centre is situated in Milton Keynes' Knowlhill district which is designated an energy efficient area. As a result, environmentally friendly materials have been used throughout the construction.

Merit Li-Lin is Taiwan's largest CCTV equipment manufacturer. As part of its worldwide operations, it is also currently building a new head office in Taipei, a five-acre monitor production plant in Guangzhou and another branch office in Kuala Lumpur.
