Summers-Inman is the project manager on a £2.5m mixed-use development in Merchant City, Glasgow. Architect Keppie Design has won planning permission for the Anderson Homes project, under which the existing building at 67–77 Glassford Street will be demolished and replaced with a structure with a natural stone facade.

The scheme includes 24 two- and three-bedroom apartments over seven floors. It also includes retail space on the ground floor and in the basement.
