XCO2 is a specialist engineering and environmental consultancy, set up in 2008 by an architect and two engineers. With 90 staff across offices in London and Singapore, it works across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, education, hospitality, cultural, mixed use and masterplanning. Services include MEP design, net zero strategies, energy modelling and environmental assessments. Recent work includes consulting on the Hackney New Homes Programme to create 400 new homes across 14 sites, mostly for social rent.
