Relamping the new lighting scheme in the Waterloo pub in Dublin’s Baggott Street is as easy as having a drink, thanks to the installation of Luxlifts. Challenged with ensuring that maintenance was possible for four new 1 m3 light fittings set 10 m above ground level, electrical contractor Liam Holland of Lima Electrical, Monaghan selected the Matsushita Electric Works product. The luxlift includes an electric motor to lower the fittings on two stainless steel belts.
