London charity Thames Reach Bondway has launched a shoe-shining business employing homeless and former homeless people, including Andrew.

Backed by a £50,000 grant from the Glimmer of Hope Trust, it provides shoe-care services to businesses. Staff can work full- or part-time, or start their own franchise.
