Absolutely Pre-fabulous: The first factory-built multi-storey affordable housing scheme outside London has recently been completed in York by the Yorkshire Housing Group.

The £2m development has 24 units and will be managed by Ryedale Housing Association. The flats will accommodate a mixed community of families, single people, couples and the elderly.
