Andrew Cripps has been appointed regional director in the Sustainable Development Group at the multi-disciplinary consultancy Aecom.

Andrew will be responsible for a wide range of research and development, in particular concerning alternative technologies. According to Aecom he will be especially focused on developing relationships with the government and public sector.

Cripps previously led the Sustainability and Alternative Technologies Group at Buro Happold.

Ant Wilson, director in Aecom’s Sustainable Development Group said: “Andrew brings with him tremendous knowledge and experience, and has a proven record of innovative thinking in the area of sustainable design. He will play a key role in expanding and advancing our work in this key sector.”
