Personal safety alert system

Sheffield-based Rocksure Systems has launched PeopleSafe, a personal safety alert system for the immediate assistance and location tracking of individuals exposed to dangerous or threatening situations, such as lone working security officers and VIP executives.

Lone security officers can leave a short message on the PeopleSafe device, giving their whereabouts and the expected duration of their task or meeting.

If the officer then fails to re-establish contact by the time they were supposed to do so, an alarm will be raised and action can be taken at the ARC.
