Dedicated Micros Group has changed ownership following the decision by company founder Mike Newton to buy back the stake in the company which was sold to an investment group four years ago.
It now makes Newton, CE of AD Holdings, the overall shareholder in the Dedicated Micros Group, specialists in digital and analogue multiplexers.

The decision was taken so that DM could offer a total service and tap into the broad portfolio of video and monitoring equipment offered by AD Holdings which includes RemGuard, AD Network Video, AD Aerospace and AD Aviation.

Jim Kulleseid, former Operations Director, is now MD with Newton returning as Deputy Chairman.

Customer services support to installers is getting a boost due to increased sales, particularly of the Sprite Lite. Supervisor Hayley Rogerson and administrator, Cora Griffin, are joined by Margaret Fanara and Rob Johnson. It will work more closely with the technical support team headed up by Paul Jones. As part of an "aggressive marketing drive", Nicola O'Dwyer, becomes Marketing Manager, supported by Pauline Norstrom, Communications Strategy Manager and Karl Haw, Product Marketing Manager. The strategy includes developing the website as an information source for installers (www.dedicatedmicros.com).
