Alsop in middlehaven: This masterplan for the regeneration of Middlehaven involves a £500m development in the heart of Middlesbrough.

The plan, by Alsop Architects, combines 2500 homes with office blocks, apartments, hotels and leisure outlets on a 100 ha, derelict site near Middlesbrough FC’s Riverside stadium.

It was commissioned by urban regeneration company Tees Valley Regeneration.
