Amec contract is Lion's share

The contract, awarded by Lion Heart Properties, will see the development of 16 700 m2 of office space and 6 500 m2 of retail and leisure space.

Amec is responsible for the m&e and public health services associated with the shell and core works. Additional m&e and public health services will be provided for the partial category A fit-out of one block and the full category A fit-out of the second, smaller block.
