APE Project Management has completed work on a new £8.5m office development at Birchwood Park in Cheshire for the Department of Work and Pensions.
The job is the firm’s first government contract. Adam Brooks, Director at APE, said he hoped it would lead to further government work.
APE worked on the 53-week Birchwood project from inception to completion.
Part way through the contract, the works were extended to incorporate a fast-track £1.5m fit-out for one of the buildings.
Warrington-based APE’s past schemes have been in the office, industrial, leisure, retail and housing sectors.
Brooks said: “We were delighted to be involved in such a prestigious and ambitious project and it is very rewarding to see just how impressive this area of Birchwood Park now looks.”
