Chris Cochrane, 21, a resident at Centrepoint’s Camberwell Foyer, has been offered a one-year apprenticeship on chef Jamie Oliver’s Cheeky Chops course. The programme trains young people from difficult backgrounds to be chefs.

Vicky Johnson and Bridget Inns have joined performance analyst HouseMark as benchmarking managers. Johnson was formerly quality assurance and performance manager at Wigan council’s arm’s-length management organisation. Inns was a performance specialist at the Audit Commission.
Paul Belbin
Foundation Housing has appointed Paul Belbin service director for its central Yorkshire group, based in Leeds.
Belbin was formerly services manager at English Churches Housing Group.
