Paul Smith has been appointed managing director of Iceni Homes, the developer run by Colne Housing Society, Suffolk Housing Society and Cotman Housing Association. He comes from Beazer Homes East, where he was managing director.
Insight
Three people have joined human resources consultant Insight. Peter Randall has been made head of assessment services, Malcolm O’Brien has been appointed head of consultancy services and Dave Talbot is the new head of community consultation.
Fitzroy Robinson
Architect Fitzroy Robinson has appointed Sally Lewis urban designer. Lewis was an independent consultant to the design coding programme of the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment.
Servite
Servite Housing Association has appointed Matthew Fox chief executive. Fox, currently chief executive at Riverhaven, replaces Kate Davies, who is now chief executive at Notting Hill Housing Group.
