Simon Devitt has been made chief executive of Optimum, a new housing association set up by registered social landlords Acton and Kelsey to provide affordable homes for key workers. Devitt was housing association manager for the City of Westminster.

Kay Ryder

Kay Ryder has been appointed voluntary resident board member of Moat Housing Group. Ryder is a beauty consultant and a councillor for Heybridge Parish in Essex.
