1. Peter Heath, Heath is now managing director of City and Country Construction, the restoration and conservation specialist.

2. Paul Franklin, Property solutions specialist Rok has appointed Franklin as new area leader for its Teesside office. He has worked for the group for 11 years.

3. Chris Catley, Wales-based retail contractor Dudley’s has promoted Catley to the board as commercial director.

4. David Clancy. Clancy has been appointed to the board of Yorkshire development company S Harrison Developments Ltd.

Kevin Bradley has been appointed by Davis Langdon to lead its PFI advisory, cost and project management work in both Glasgow and Edinburgh.

The Royal Shakespeare Company has announced that Peter Wilson OBE, director of projects and estates at the Tate, will join the RSC team to lead the £100 million redevelopment project.

Gleeds Management Services (GMS), the project management arm of the international construction management consultancy, has named Stephen Tagg, Reece Costain and Julian Kent as directors of GMS based at the London office, while Michael Lawless joins the business as director, responsible for the office in Manchester. Ian Rowley is also made a director, based in Nottingham.

Pettifer Construction has confirmed that Stewart Sharp will join the firm as retail director.
