Appointments

CMC has promoted Paul A Smith to Area Quantity Surveyor. Paul recently returned from the Lebanon, where he worked on the construction phase of the national stadium in Beirut.

He will be based in CMC’s Glasgow office, and will assume responsibility for developing the infrastructure elements of the business.

New MD at Pennington

Pennington Consulting announced the appointment of Chantelle Hayes as its new Managing Director. Hayes has been a director of Pennington Consulting for four years.

Before joining Pennington, Hayes worked for various Housing organisations.

Pennington Consulting was established in 2000.

Knowles add to legal team

Adam Tomlinson has joined Knowles Healthcare Division as a Senior Consultant. Adam has been involved in the construction industry for 14 years. He has a combined surveying background with extensive experience advising on legal matters. Tomlinson previously advised NHS Trusts for the Department of Health.
