F&G adds senior PM

Martin Shields has joined Faithful & Gould as senior project manager to help develop the profile of the property management section. He brings with him 10 years of experience in design and build projects and the PFI/PPP process.

QS joins APE team

APE has appointed Colin Swaine as a quantity surveyor. Swaine has over 10 years experience and has previously worked at Cyril Sweet and the Simon Fenton Partnership.

Two appointments at Ridge

Ridge has taken on Bill Hazzledine as associate within the legal support services division at the firm’s Oxford office.

Hazzledine’s expertise includes commercial, contractual and dispute management issues on behalf of contractors, employers, investing institutions, insurers, lawyers and accountants. He also has experience in civil engineering both in the UK and internationally.

Meanwhile, Nicky Bianco joins as senior chartered surveyor within the quantity surveying department at the Reading office. She joins from DBA Management, where she worked on new build projects including a residential hospital facility for Worthing Priority Care NHS Trust.

CM Parker Browne addition

The Liverpool office of CM Parker Browne has appointed Claire LaRoc.

Joining from regeneration company Liverpool Vision, Claire will provide administrative support and manage client relationships for the office.

Clarus’ new education expert

Clarus Consulting has recruited Steven Wild as senior project manager working out of the London office.

Wild recently held a senior position within the education department of Clarson Goff Management and has specialised in education for the last two years.

His most prominent projects include the Darwin Centre Phase 2, two city academies and UEA Ziggurats Refurbishment.

MDA’s Birmingham recruit

MDA Consulting has appointed David Helm as senior project manager in its Birmingham team.

Helm joins from AYH, where he was a senior project manager. His expertise spans the leisure, commercial and education sectors.

He is currently involved in the multi-million pound commercial and industrial development by Morston Assets at Kingswood Lakeside and the former open cast colliery site in Cannock.
