New York-based Michael Dow has been appointed as EC Harris’ head of corporate real estate for North America.

He has 30 years experience in this area.

Dow joins from Jones Lang Wootton USA, where he was chairman and chief executive officer for the wholly owned subsidiary of Jones Lang Wootton in London.

Meanwhile, EC Harris has boosted its affordable housing team with the appointment of Malcom John as development manager. He joins from West Mercia Housing Group.

Elliot hires O’Rourke man

Elliott Project Management has appointed Neil Smith as project manager. He joins from Laing O'Rourke.

F+A makes six promotions Franklin + Andrews has made the following promotions to associate level: John Turzynski, Peter Gray, Mark Hunt, David Partridge, Peter Delbridge and Lionel Wapshare.

Northcroft recruits PM

Northcroft has appointed Freddie Wuddah as project manager. Formerly of Cyril Sweett, Wuddah has joined Northcroft’s Birmingham office.

Ian Williams adds directors

Alan Horton joins Ian Williams Group as operations director. Previously divisional director with EMCOR for two and half years, Horton will be responsible for overseeing and developing the operational framework nationwide.

Ian Williams Group also hired David Sewell as finance director. Sewell will control the company’s business risk and support the operational services.

CR Management

Risk management firm CR Management has recruited David Page as senior consultant. He will reinforce the team offering strategic and dispute management advice.

Page joins from Curzon Interiors where he was commercial director and brings with him extensive experience in contracts. Previously he was working with Higgs & Hill.
