East Midlands Central Station Ltd (EMCS) welcomed nearly 300 guests to its ACPO Seminar Open Day near its offices at Notts County Football Ground.
Guests came as far afield as Wales and Scotland to hear about the impact of the changes in the ACPO Policy.
Guest speakers were PC Adrian Clare, Nottinghamshire Police; Scott Elder, BT RedCARE and Simon Banks, CSL.
As part of the day, and following a major investment of £300,000, the alarm receiving centre launched a new corporate image and announced a record year, doubling staff levels.
The latest state of the art monitoring and reporting equipment has been installed and admin and comms systems have been upgraded.
Andrew Barge, MD, said the company wanted to discuss the implications of the ACPO Policy face to face with as many clients as possible.
