Designed with user in mind
After consulting a number of leading UK central monitoring stations, TeleEye Group has released its Central Monitoring Station Software (CMS01), which was designed with the user in mind.

The aim was to produce a scalable central monitoring solution with comprehensive management reporting capability. The CMSO1 offers central station managers new levels of management control and so offer enhanced services to their clients.

Video monitoring and digital recording are always on, to ensure total security of assets around the clock. A comprehensive account system with customer details and site information makes the management process efficient. Different levels of access right can be assigned to each station operator.

To independent installers such as ourselves, the role of the ARC is crucial. Our efficiency depends on their efficiency. It is a two-way thing. If they work with us then we all benefit. The best ARCs are the ones that support only bona fide installers w

TeleEye CMSO1 consists of three main components, namely Central Data Server, Connection Server and Video Viewer. Central Data Server contains all client, operator and system information. Connection Server is the gateway between TeleEye CMSO1 and the client's TeleEye transmitters, which supports concurrent connections to eight TeleEye transmitters via PSTN, ISDN or the internet.

Video Viewer is the operator's interface of the TeleEye CMSO1. Operators can configure the TeleEye CMSO1 and conduct video monitoring of the remote transmitters via Video Viewer.
