Arup has won planning consent for phases 2 and 3 of its new headquarters in central London.
Architect Sheppard Robson has designed the £43m scheme. The building’s air conditioning is carried out by energy efficient beams. It will be one of the first instances a cooling system of this type has been applied in a commercial office development in the UK. The job’s QS is Davis Langdon.
Work will begin early this year and is due for completion in summer 2009.
