At the crossroads: The regeneration of King’s Cross took a step forward this week with the publication of a report outlining public support for the long-awaited north London redevelopment.

Framework Findings was published by developers Argent St George, London and Continental Railways and Exel. It shows that, although the public is wary about regeneration projects falling by the wayside, they are largely supportive of proposals (artists’ impressions pictured) for the 24 ha site.

Argent St George, which launched the proposal more than three years ago, will submit planning applications by the end of the year.
