A checklist on a router configuration form can be completed by the installing company. It will allow the manufacturer to dispatch a digital CCTV system that has already been largely configured.

Router Configuration:

IP Address – Only required if router being installed on existing network;

Sub Net Mask – Only required if router being installed on existing network;

Password.

Dial-Out Information (nb: Dial out information is only required if the LookC Pro IX unit will be using a secure server or e-mail event notification):

ISP Name; IP Address or Indicate DHCP; Sub Net Mask or Indicate DHCP; Primary DNS Server or Indicate DHCP; Secondary DNS Server or Indicate DHCP; Access Phone Number; User ID; Password; Dial Out Prefix or Indicate not required;

FTP Server Name or IP Address - required for secure server connection.

Mail Server Name or IP Address – required for e-mail alert notification.

Dial-In Information: User Name; Password;
Phone Number for Channel 1;
Phone Number for Channel 2

LookC Pro IX Information:
IP Address or Indicate “As Delivered”
Sub Net Mask “As Delivered”
Primary DNS Server
Secondary DNS Server.
