Automatic sealed unit lines: ‘more than 30 installed I.G. lines with in the UK to date’

Thermoseal Glass Equipment (TGE) has been manufacturing machinery now for over 25 years and is one of the longest established suppliers of insulated glass machinery in the UK.

Although probably not widely recognised as supplying large high production volume machinery, the company has been very successful over the last few years with the Stefiglass range of automatic production lines (see picture) with more than 30 installed in the UK to date.

The range starts at £30,000, which Thermoseal says is very competitive relative to the high quality of the components used.

Production line working heights are from 1.3 metre to 2.5 metre incorporating four or six brush stainless steel washers suitable for processing soft or hard coated glass types.

Spacer bar assembly stations are available with varying degrees of automation and units can be pressed using fully automatic roller or plc controlled panel presses depending on the customers preference.

All production lines can be tailored to suit the client’s specification, or one can simply buy one from stock out of the TGE warehouse, for delivery and set-up within 10 working days.
