Until now, Brixton – the UK’s ninth largest property investment and development concern – has been forced to call on the services of over 30 separate security contractors to service its portfolio of 80 managed properties.
According to B-Serv managing director Steve Lee, the organisation is intent on reshaping its service delivery, in turn achieving optimum value for money for its customers. “It’s essential that we offer an efficient security landscape in the industrial estates and business parks we manage,” stressed Lee.
Speaking about the new contract, Rob MacKinlay – the national account manager for £30 million-turnover Securiplan – said: “It will be important for us to identify the right security solutions for the varied requirements of B-Serv’s customers” – many of whom boast a strong presence in the Heathrow area.
