Architect De Rijke Marsh Morgan has unveiled its plan for the Wansey Street scheme in south-east London – the first housing project in the £1.5bn,10-year regeneration of Elephant & Castle.

The 29-unit block of one, two and three-bedroom homes will be completed by early 2006. Contractor is Wates and housing association Southern Housing Group.
