Baily Garner will act as QS and employer's agent for two new contracts with London & Quadrant Group for the £110m regeneration of the Silwood Estate.

The programme involves building 554 new homes, refurbishing a further 119 and providing new community facilities while supporting various other projects.

Piling work by May Gurney will begin next month on the £4.5m development of 33 key-worker homes within two new four-storey blocks, and a £750,000 pre-school nursery on the same London Borough of Lewisham site. The architect for both projects is the BPTW Partnership.

Silwood Estate spans the boroughs of Lewisham and Southwark and is funded by the Single Regeneration Budget.
