Milton Keynes celebrated its continued growth by releasing 10,000 red balloons last Wednesday, taking inspiration from the television commercial promoting the city that was first aired in 1984 and ran for 10 years.

Milton Keynes, part of a Communities Plan growth area, is expected to double in size over the next 30 years.
