Barclays has agreed more than £110m of social housing loans.
The deals, with Shepherds Bush, Havelok, Thames Valley and Midsummer housing associations, are largely to fund development.
Midsummer’s facility includes £75m from Nationwide as well as £35m from Barclays.
This will refinance old debt and provide for new build and business plan requirements.
Barclays had not lent to Midsummer before but Nationwide already had a £27.5m agreement with the Milton Keynes-based registered social landlord.
London-based Shepherds Bush Housing Association borrowed £40m from Barclays for development.
Thames Valley borrowed £30m for development and to refinance existing debt. The RSL already had a £5m loan with Barclays.
