Plans for the renewal of Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, were unveiled on Tuesday.

This design by ABK Architects is for a hotel and restaurant on the sea front. The proposals, which will be submitted for planning permission next year, are part of a £400m programme to regenerate both Bexhill and Hastings. That 10-year plan will include a sizeable amount of social housing.
