High-tech security systems specialist the Bell Group plc has announced a joint trading agreement with IT security solutions provider Proseq whereby Bell Security will promote Proseq's products to end users and installers.
Proseq technology extends significantly beyond 'firewall'-type solutions, its sensors and agents detecting and protecting against both network intrusion (hacking and 'bombing') and internal network abuse. Very much a natural complement to Bell's existing high-tech physical access control systems, as well as its WAN/LAN-based integrated security systems signalling, control and management technology.

Bell's managing director David Orme (pictured, right, with Proseq's Mike Pederson), told SMT: "This deal brings a vital capability to our security systems portfolio, making us a 'one-stop shop' for end users sourcing enterprise-wide IT security solutions."
