The shortlisted finalists (announced in last month's edition of Security Installer) will be competing for one of the coveted trophies at the Security Excellence Awards 2005.

With competition each year becoming more intense to win one of these prestigious trophies, judges had a difficult task choosing this year's contenders but they are confident that the finalists are all striving for true excellence in security.

The night will include exotic Latin dancers, pulsating music and a few surprises for guests … all in the hands of our compere TV and radio comedian, Armando Iannucci. Armando is no stranger to awards himself, being the holder of three British Comedy Awards and the man who, with his comedy partner Steve Coogan, created the 'Alan Partridge' character.
