A new thermal laminate internal lining board incorporating Neopor expanded polystrene meets the new 0.35 U-value standard demanded of brick and block walls.
The board, Gyproc ThermaLine Platinum from British Gypsum, combines 9.5mm or 12.5mm of Gyproc wallboard with the graphite-coated Neopor. Available in five thicknesses from 25mm to 65mm, ThermaLine Platinum allows builders to meet the Building Regs while retaining clear cavity wall construction techniques.

For the first time, British Gypsum is also offering the board in bespoke thicknesses for commercially viable quantities. Major users will be able to value-engineer external walls in combination with their brick-and-block specification.

ThermaLine Platinum combines simple single-operation installation of insulation with ready-to-decorate internal lining.
