Booking has opened for a one day conference on sustainable housing design.

Heavyweight Sustainable Housing is a one day conference which is being held on the 3 December at EMCC, Nottingham and the 8 December at BRE, Watford.

The conference will focus on heavyweight materials and design to meet the higher levels of the Code for Sustainable Homes cost effectively.

The conference aims to explore how new designs with concrete and masonry have met the higher levels of the code and analyse how cost effective these designs have been.

There will be Q&A sessions with conference speakers, discussions on legislation and funding and case studies of tried and tested solutions using concrete and masonry.
