Bosch Security Systems has won the prestigious IFSEC Security Industry Innovation Product of the Year and Intruder Alarm Product of the Year Awards for its Easy Series of intrusion control panels.
The Award for Most Innovative UK Security Project or Installation was won by Concept Smoke Screens, whose security system uses billowing smoke and piercing ‘white noise’ to deter thieves. Most Innovative International Security Project or Installation belonged to Dedicated Micros. The company’s TransVu CCTV system has cut crime on the Netherlands rail network.
WebWayOne scooped the New Exporter of the Year Award for increasing its export turnover ten-fold, while Integrated Design was named Exporter of the Year.
The excellent Vista Eclipse 360-degree camera triumphed in the CCTV Product of the Year Award, while Best Access Control Product was won by CyberLock for its CyberKey system. The Best New Electronic, Communication, Security or Internet Protocol Product of the Year category was won by Qinetiq for Q-20, its GPS-based tracking system.
Best Physical Security Product went to Assa for the Evolution series of electromechanical locks, and Honeywell Security took the Best New Service Product Award.
