The Gores Group, a privately held investment firm specialising in the technology, telecommunications and business services sectors, has acquired Brand-Rex from Honeywell International for an undisclosed sum.

Based in Scotland, Brand-Rex is renowned for its high performance cabling solutions for communications and extreme environment applications. “Gores will work closely with management to build on Brand-Rex’s leading position in design, manufacture and sales,” said Steve Yager, president, mergers and acquisitions at Gores.
