New life is being breathed into a 1960s office block next to London's Waterloo Station. Careful design was needed for the servicing as the roof was unsuitable for large plant. This has been overcome in the offices of global consulting company iXL UK. Debenair was tasked with conditioning the two floors leased by iXL. The solution involved nine systems supplying fresh air at 12 l/s/p at 18°C, with temperature control by 16 Toshiba Super Multi VRF heat recovery units.
