London key-worker housing association Threshold Key Homes has refinanced a £30m loan with Barclays Bank.

The original loan was taken out to build a 166-home development at Chelsea Bridge Wharf, completed earlier this year.

The new deal will help to pay for 44 more key-worker shared-ownership homes on the west London site. The £11m project has been agreed in a deal with developer Berkeley Homes and is due for completion in early 2006.
