Building services designer and contractor Briggs & Forrester has won a £2.1 million contract to install the mechanical building services, including shell and core pipework, for Rothschild Bank.

The firm is working in partnership with developer Stanhope and project management and construction company Bovis Lend Lease on the 15 storey, 70m tall building at New Court in City of London.

The project is due to be completed in July 2010.
