The College of Estate Management has a long tradition of offering accredited CIOB courses by distance learning, both in the UK and overseas. Our long-running Diploma was replaced in December 2002 by a BSC, offered jointly with the University of reading.

The new course has attracted some 60 students in the first year. This represents a threefold increase over the former Diploma, which is extremely encouraging and counter to the generally dismal trends you reported.
