UK Trade & Investment (UKTI), the government organisation for international business development, is looking for ‘green’ projects and innovative building technologies to boost British prospects abroad

First, it is creating a database of sustainable and zero-carbon projects. The project will highlight consultants, contractors, product suppliers and manufacturers to attract inward investment and win business overseas.

Contact Andrew Clifford at UKTI by 16 April on 020 7215 8396 or at andrew.clifford@ukti.gsi.gov.uk.

Four firms will also be given a chance to showcase their products and services at the 2009 Building Exchange (BEX) in Hamburg, 8-10 June. Interested firms should submit a 500-word application by 16 April explaining their innovative product, material or system.
