Queens Road scheme include 432 homes on southern edge of city centre

Broadway Malyan’s plans for the first build-to-rent scheme in Norwich have been approved by the local council.

The 432-home Queens Road scheme, designed for Zive Capital, includes five seven-storey main blocks and three rows of townhouses along with office and retail space.
