1:50PM New guide aims to improve project management skills
The British Standards Institution has published "PD 6079-4 Project Management: Guide to Project Management in the Construction Industry".
The comprehensive publication advises on the construction process from inception to completion and handover. Additionally, it can help schemes that involve maintenance, repair, refurbishment, decommissioning or demolition.
With the guide, the BSI aims to gather all guidance related to construction and project managing in an easy to follow document.
