This scheme by Idom Architects is one of two approved on Monday by Southwark council in south London. The two projects will provide more than 650 homes and are expected to play a major part in the regeneration of the Bermondsey Spa area.
Roughly 65% of the homes will be for affordable rent through housing associations or for shared ownership.
Levitt Bernstein designed the other project on behalf of Hyde Housing Association.
