Campden Hill: Living in luxury

A joint venture partnership between Native Land and Grosvenor has been granted planning approval to develop a two-acre residential scheme at Campden Hill, west London. Designed by John McAslan & Partners, the 180,000ft² scheme overlooks Holland Park and comprises 69 luxury residential flats. There will be 24-hour security, an entrance lobby with concierge and 78 underground car parking spaces. Work is expected to start in autumn 2013 with completion in spring 2016.
