Marley Eternit’s interlocking slates were used on a 110-home housing development

A 110-home housing development near Sunderland has been clad using Marley Eternit’s Edgemere interlocking slates and concrete plain tiles. The scheme, in Chilton Moor, is being developed by Gentoo Homes and consists of a mix of bungalows and three-storey town houses arranged around a green space. Gentoo said it specified the two products to add variety to the scheme and because they work in conjunction with integrated or surface-mounted PV panels.
